Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All products from The Light is the Link are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We offer FREE standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more after discounts.

Fulfillment & Delivery

Because our products are made to order, fulfillment time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount shown when you place your order.

Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers may be responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you have questions about an order or shipment, please contact The Light is the Link and we'll be happy to assist you.
